                file of the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvadanai.

                                                    JUDGEMENT

On 21.09.2021, it was represented that the counsel who filed this second

appeal had passed away and that the papers had been taken back by the parties.

Therefore, their names were ordered to be printed in the cause list.

Accordingly, their names are printed in the cause list. There is no appearance

on behalf of the appellants. At this stage, the learned counsel appearing for the

respondent informs the Court that the sole respondent has also passed away.

Hence, the second appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. It may also have to

be dismissed on the ground of having been abated. No costs. Consequently,

connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
