                                                   JUDGMENT

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel

appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the

Civil Miscellaneous Petition as not pressed and he has also sent a letter dated

23.09.2021 to the Registry to that effect.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the

petitioner and the letter sent to the Registry, the Civil Miscellaneous petition

filed seeking to grant leave to the petitioner to file an appeal, is dismissed as

not pressed. Consequently, W.A.Sr.No.9230 of 2016 is rejected at the S.R.

stage itself. The said letter dated 23.09.2021 shall be kept on record. No costs.
