                               This Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of

                     67 days in filing the above Review Petition SR.No.9959 of 2016 in

                     S.A.No.324 of 1997, on the file of this Court.



                               2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and perused

                     the materials placed before this Court.



                               3.When the matter was listed on 12.07.2018, it was brought

                     to the notice of this Court that the respondent died on 9.5.2017.

                     However, the Petitioner has not taken any steps to bring on record

                     the legal representatives of the deceased respondent so far.



                               4. In these circumstances, the Miscellaneous Application in

                     C.M.P(MD)No.5253 of 2016 is dismissed as abated. Consequently,

                     Review Application is dismissed at SR statge itself. No costs.
