                      Ranipet, Vellore District, confirming the decree and judgment dated
                      31.08.2005 passed in O.S. No.21 of 2000, on the file of the District
                      Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Arcot, Vellore District.

                                                       JUDGMENT

All the parties, namely, Begum (appellant), Umarani (third

party), Thangaraj (second respondent) and Ramesh (third respondent)

are present today before this Court. Counsel for the appellant is present

in this Court and the counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 are present

through video conferencing.

2. Both the parties accepted the terms of Compromise

mentioned in the Joint Memo of Compromise filed by them and hence the

Joint Memo of Compromise is recorded.

3. In view of the above, the second appeal is disposed of as per

the terms of Joint Memo of Compromise recorded. The Joint Memo of

Compromise shall form part of the decree in this second appeal. No

costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

4. At the request of both the counsels, Ex.A1, Ex.B3 and Ex.B7

shall be returned to the respective parties after receiving certified copies

of those documents.
