                the learned Subordinate Court, Ambasamudram.

                                                    JUDGEMENT

None appears for the appellant.

2.The first defendant in the suit has filed this second appeal. He lost

before the Courts below concurrently. The first respondent has filed a memo

stating that the appellant passed away on 16.05.2016 leaving behind two

daughters namely, Ramalakshmi and Selvi and two sons namely, Ramachandran

and Raja. Though the facts were brought to the knowledge of the learned

counsel for the appellant as early as 18.06.2016 and 21.07.2016, till date no

steps have been taken. Hence, the second appeal is dismissed as abated. No

costs.
