The Writ Appeal is filed against the order passed in W.P.No.35771 of

2019, dated 24.02.2020 in allowing the Writ Petition filed by the first

respondent.

2. When this Appeal is taken up for hearing, it is represented by

Mr.K.V.Sanjeevkumar, learned Government Advocate that the order passed

in the Writ Petition in W.P.No.35771 of 2019 has been complied with. He

has also produced the proceedings received by him from the Additional
