law.

ORDER
Though I find a prima facie case of contempt has been made out
and the respondent has been attempting to somehow ward off eviction,
pursuant to the directions issued on 15.11.2021, the respondent has been

KKN evicted and possession has been handed over to the petitioner. Considering
the age of the respondent, I drop further action. Accordingly, this contempt
