                                                            JUDGMENT

When the Second Appeal was listed on 16.11.2021, there was no

representation on the side of the appellant. Hence, the matter was posted

today i.e., on 18.11.2021 under the caption “for dismissal”. Even today,

there is no representation on the side of the appellant. Moreover, as per the

records, sole appellant had passed away on 08.09.2008 and no steps have

been taken so far.

2. In view of the above, this Second Appeal is dismissed for default.

No costs.
