Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned

counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to

withdraw this appeal with liberty to the appellant to approach the appellate

authority for ventilating its grievances.

2. Recording the submission so made by the learned counsel for the

appellant, liberty is granted and the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No

costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
