                      PRAYER:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of
                      India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to
                      demarcate the property situated in S.F.No.199/2A at Thuvakudi Village,
                      Tiruchirappalli District in pursuant to the judgment and decree passed in
                      O.S.No.1309 of 2007, dated 02.02.2019, on the file of the learned
                      District Munsif, Tiruchirappalli, after giving notice and opportunity to
                      the necessary parties, within the time that may be stipulated by this
                      Court.

                                                       ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned

Special Government Pleader would produce the proceedings of the

Tahsildar, Thiruverumbur stating that there is a dispute by the third

parties with regard to the survey of the land as prayed for by the

petitioner and accordingly the parties are advised to approach the civil

Court to let in proper remedy.

2.In view of the said proceedings of the Tahsildar concerned,

this Writ Petition cannot be entertained and therefore the same is

dismissed. No costs. It is open to the petitioner to approach the

appropriate civil forum for her remedy.
