                               JUDGMENT

Mr.T.M.Naveen, learned counsel representing counsel on record

for the Appellant would submit that despite their best efforts to contact

their client, they have been unable to do so. He would also submit that the

correct address of the respondent has also not been furnished to the

counsel on record for the Appellant by the Appellant till date. The

Second Appeal is of the year 1999. No further indulgence can be shown

to the Appellant.

considered view that the Appellant is not interested in prosecuting this
