JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by T. S. SIVAGNANAM, J.)
Heard Mr.V.Pannerselvam, learned counsel for the appellant,
Mr.A.K.Manickam, learned Standing Counsel for Government, appearing for
respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Mr.S.Bharathy Kannan, learned counsel for the
third respondent.
2.This Writ Appeal by the Writ Petitioner is directed against the order
dated 08.02.2018 in W.P.(MD) No.13943 of 2012. The said Writ Petition
challenged the order of the third respondent, who is a private institution, which
has discharged the services of the appellant, who was working as a temporary
computer operator and informed him that as when employment arises, the same
will be offered.
3.The grounds raised for challenging the said order has to necessarily
fail and the learned Writ Court has rightly dismissed the Writ Petition.
4.Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is dismissed. No costs.
