                                                   JUDGMENT

The first appeal is filed against the judgment and decree dated

05.09.2014 made in O.S.No.38 of 2011 on the file of the learned Additional

District Judge, Krishnagiri.

2. When the matter was listed on 24.06.2021, there was no

representation on behalf of the appellants. On that day, the matter was

ordered to be listed on 28.06.2021 under the caption “for dismissal”. Even

today i.e. 28.06.2021, no one appeared on behalf of the appellants.

3. Therefore, the first appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No

order as to costs.
