                     Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 25 of the Tamil
                     nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent) Control Act 1960 as amended by Act 23
                     of 1973, to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 09.10.2017 made
                     in RCA No.97 of 2015 on the file of the IX Judge, Court of Small
                     Causes, Chennai, confirming the Judgment and decreetal order dated
                     16.12.2014 made in RCOP No.920 of 2012 on the file of the XIV Judge,
                     Court of Small Causes, Chennai.

                                                           ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the fair and

decreetal order dated 09.10.2017 made in RCA No.97 of 2015 on the file

of the IX Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai, confirming the

Judgment and decreetal order dated 16.12.2014 made in RCOP No.920

of 2012 on the file of the XIV Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai.

2. The Civil Revision Petition was posted for admission on

23.03.2018, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it was

adjourned. Today, when the matter was listed under the caption for

"adjourned admission", there was no representation for the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, it clearly shows that the learned

counsel for the petitioner has no interest in proceeding with the case

further. Further, the Civil Revision Petition is pending for the past three

years, without even admitting the same or ordering notice. Therefore,

this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, the Civil

Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected

Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
