                                                     ORDER

CMP(MD).No. 4104 of 2021 filed seeking orders to condone the

delay of 1420 days in filing the CMA, challenging the award dated

04.02.2017, passed in MCOP.No. 900 of 2012, on the file of the learned

District and Sessions Judge (for communal clashes cases Court MACT),

Madurai.

2. It is evident from the records that there was no representation

for the petitioners for the past three hearings and even today, posted for

dismissal, there is no representation for the petitioners. Hence, the C.M.P.

(MD).No.4104 of 2021 is dismissed for default. Consequently, C.M.A.(MD)

SR No.21839 of 2021 is rejected in the SR stage itself.
