Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned

counsel appearing for the first respondent student, writ petitioner

submitted that since the D.D.Medical College & Hospital was closed

down and subsequently, students of the said college were joined in

other colleges, the prayer in the appeal has become infructuous.

2.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for

the first respondent, this Writ Appeal stands dismissed as

infructuous. Consequently, connected M.P. is closed. No costs.
