                    PRAYER: The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 25 of Tamil
                    Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act 18 of 1960 as amended Act
                    23 of 1973, to allow this Civil Revision Petition by setting aside the
                    judgement and decree dated 16.04.2018 rendered in R.C.A.No.256 of 2013,
                    on the file of the VII Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai and also the
                    order an decree dated 12.03.2013 passed in RCOP No.1657 of 2010 on the
                    file of the XV Small Causes Judge, Chennai.

                                                       ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is directed as against the judgment and

decree passed in R.C.A.No.256 of 2013 dated 16.04.2018 on the file of the

learned VII Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai, confirming the fair and

final order passed in RCOP No.1657 of 2010 dated 12.03.2013 on the file

of learned XV Small Causes Judge, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the matter

has been settlement between the parties and therefore, nothing survives in

this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the

respondent, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No

costs.
