Learned Counsel for the appellant stated that he has got

instructions to withdraw the present Writ Appeal and he has also filed

a Memo dated 27.07.2021 to that effect.

2. Recording the same, permission is granted to withdraw

the present Writ Appeal. Accordingly, the present Writ Appeal is

dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected

Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
