                                                  JUDGMENT

Heard, Mr.M.Babu Muthu Meeran, learned Counsel for the

Revision Petitioner and Mr.L.Baskaran, learned Government Advocate

(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 4 and 5.

2. As per the facts, the RDO passed an order by invoking Section

107 of Cr.P.C., because the dispute between the parties relating to three

division of communities. The RDO has passed an order, which would be

valid for a year. The said order was passed on 02.09.2014. Based upon that,

summon was sent on 02.09.2014 to appear for enquiry on 22.09.2014.

3. The impuned summon is challenged by the petitioner herein. As

discussed above the proceedings of RDO is valid for one year. Furthermore,

the parties already filed Civil Suit in O.S.No.352 of 2014 before the learned

District Munsiff cum Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur, several issues were

raised in the Civil Suit by both parties concerned. Hence, the relief claimed by

the petitioner in this revision become infructuous.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as

infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No

Costs.
