                     PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to
                     issue direction directing the 2nd respondent herein to give necessary
                     police protection to the life and property of the petitioner herein in view
                     of the Judgment and decree dated 16.04.2010 in O.S. No.51 of 2010, on
                     the file of the District Munsif Court, Madurantagam and by considering
                     his compliant dated 13.03.2017 and even with the payment of necessary
                     charges.

                                                       ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482

Cr.P.C. seeking to issue direction directing the 2nd respondent herein to

give necessary police protection to the life and property of the petitioner

herein in view of the Judgment and decree dated 16.04.2010 in O.S.

No.51 of 2010, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Madurantagam

and by considering his compliant dated 13.03.2017 and even with the

payment of necessary charges.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit

that in view of the issue in this case is related to the Civil nature and the

O.S. No.51 of 2010 has been filed on the file of the District Munsif

Court, Madurantagam, the complaint was closed.

3.In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the learned

Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this petition stands dismissed.

any jeopardy would arise against the petitioner. Consequently, connected
