                     Prayer: Plaint filed under Order VII Rule 1 of the C.P.C., and Order IV Rule
                     1 of O.S.Rules r/w. 55 and 62 of the Copyright Act, 1957, praying as
                     follows:-
                                   a) declaring the plaintiff as the legal owner for entire world
                     satellite television rights of the Tamil feature colour film “Rajavin
                     Parvayile” starring Vijay, Ajeeth, Indiraja and others;
                                   b) permanent injunction restraining the defendants 4 to 7, their
                     men, agents, servants or any other person or persons from in any manner
                     broadcasting or telecasting the Tamil Colour Film “Rajavin Parvayile” in
                     their private satellite channels without purchasing the said rights from the
                     plaintiff;
                                   c) for costs of the suit.
