This writ appeal is directed against the order order dated

29.11.2018 made in W.P.No.28470 of 2017.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel

appearing for the appellant and the learned counsel appearing for

respondents 2 and 3 submitted that nothing survives for adjudication

in this appeal.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ appeal is

dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is given to the appellant to

give a representation to the authority, which if given, is expected to be

considered. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition

is closed.
