                               JUDGMENT

This Court by its earlier order dated 28.04.2021 recorded the submissions of the counsel on record for the Appellant that he has already returned the papers back to his client and directed the Registry to print the name of the Appellant and list the matter for hearing on 09.06.2021. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 23.06.2021 and this Court directed the Registry to comply with the directions of this Court issued on 28.04.2021 by printing the name of the Appellant in the cause list for the hearing on 01.07.2021. Today, the Registry has printed the name of the Appellant in the cause list. Till date, no new counsel has entered appearance on behalf of the Appellant and the Appellant has also not appeared before this Court today. It can now be inferred that the Appellant is not interested in prosecuting the Second Appeal. Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
