JUDGMENT
The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent made a

submission that the second respondent is no more an employee of the
appellant Mytrah Energy (India) Limited. The contract between the
appellant and the second respondent came to an end during March 2020.
2. In view of the fact that the period of contract expired, no
further adjudication needs to be taken in respect of the grounds raised in
the present appeal. It is made clear that all other issues if exists, it left
open to the parties to adjudicate the same in the main suit which is
pending before the competent Court.
3. With this observation, the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal
stands closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are
closed.
