Mr.Abdul Nasser, learned counsel for the appellant, submits that

the appellant does not intend to prosecute the appeal, subject to

having the liberty to claim compensation as per the impugned order of

the writ Court.

2. In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ appeal is

disposed of by granting leave to the appellant to claim compensation

as per the order of the writ Court. Consequently, CMP Nos.621 and

624 of 2021 are closed.
