2. This Petition has been filed challenging the final report filed by the

respondent Police, which has been taken cognizance by the Court below for

offences under Section 143 and 188 of IPC. The petitioner has been arrayed as

A33.

3.The facts of this case is covered by the reported Judgment of this Court

in Jeevanandham and others Vs. State Rep. by Inspector of Police and

another reported in (2018) 2 LW Crl 606.

4. In view of the above, the proceedings in STC.No.2182 of 2017, on the

file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur, is hereby quashed insofar as

the petitioner (A33) is concerned and this Criminal Original petition is allowed

accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
