This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed seeking to set

aside the order made in H.M.O.P.No.519 of 2008, dated 15.11.2011,

on the file of Family Court, Madurai.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and http://www.judis.nic.in

perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned

counsel appearing on either side submitted that the matter is

settled out of court between the parties and hence nothing remains

to be adjudicated further in this appeal.

4.In view of the above-said submission, this Civil

Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
