                                                           ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by T.RAJA.J) The present Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish

the respondents for their willful disobedience to comply with the

order passed in G.O.P.No.19/2017 dated 31.08.2021 by the learned

District Judge, Family Court, Puducherry.

2. Heard the learned Counsel on either side.

3. In view of the common judgment now passed in

CMA.Nos.3531 and 3532/2021 dated 23.12.2021, nothing survives in

this Contempt Petition. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is

dismissed.
