                                                       JUDGMENT

[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.]

The matter in issue pertains to the positive direction to appoint the

respondent / writ petitioner as Post Graduate Assistant in Economics

within a stipulated time.

2. When matter was listed on 08.4.2021, the learned Special

Government Pleader appearing for the appellant / official respondent,

prayed for some accommodation to get instructions as to the latest

position.

3. When the matter is listed today, the learned Special Government

Pleader appearing for the appellant has produced the communication

dated 12.04.2021 in Na.Ka.No.24175/W3/E2/2021, addressed to the

office of the Special Government Pleader (Education), stating that as per

W.A.No.353 of 2021

the proceedings of the Joint Director of School Education under

reference No.4, dated 06.12.2013, the respondent has given appointment

and she is working from 09.12.2013 onwards in Government Girls

Higher Secondary School at Sembanar Koil, Nagapattinam District and

the said communication is taken on file and recorded.

4. This Court heard the submission of Ms.B.Raji, learned counsel

appearing for the 1st respondent.

5. In the light of the said development, nothing remains for further

adjudication in this Writ Appeal.

6. In the result, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No

costs.
