                                                   JUDGMENT

(Delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.)

This writ appeal is directed against the order dated 21.08.2019

passed in W.P.No.17600 of 2013.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that

though it is a consent order, no such consent has been given by the

appellant to the counsel.

3.We are afraid that the said contention cannot be the basis to

file an appeal. If it is the case of the appellant, the only remedy open

to the appellant is to seek review of the order and not by way of filing

an appeal.

4.In such view of the matter, the writ appeal stands closed,

giving liberty to the appellant to file a review petition. Since the

appellant has approached this Court by filing the appeal, we are

inclined to grant further period of four weeks from the date of receipt

of a copy of this judgment to file a review petition, in which case, the

Registry is directed to number it, without insisting upon the petition

for condonation of delay. No costs. Consequently, connected

miscellaneous petition is closed.
