                                                     ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to

quash the proceedings in C.C No77 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial

Magistrate No.II, Athur, Salem District.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions

submitted that the case itself has ended in acquittal by judgment dated

11.04.2018 made in C.C No.77 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial

Magistrate No.II, Athur, Salem District.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this Criminal

Original Petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
