COMMON JUDGMENT
(Delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.)
These writ appeals are directed against the order dated
30.11.2020 in W.P.No.16000 of 2020 and the order dated 04.12.2020
in W.P.No.17849 of 2020, whereby the learned single Judge dismissed
the writ petitions.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel
appearing for the appellants and the learned counsel appearing for
the second respondent submitted that the second respondent has
changed the category of the appellants from Unreserved to Other
Backward Class, permitted the appellants to participate in the mop-
up counselling and the appellants have also been allotted medical
seats in private medical colleges and therefore nothing survives for
adjudication in these writ appeals.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the
appellants and the learned counsel for the second respondent, these
writ appeals are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently,
connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
