                                                             ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the Fair and Final Order

dated 02.07.2018 passed in I.A.No.229 of 2018 in O.S.No.254 of 2013 on

the file of the 1st Additional District Munsif Court, Erode.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the main

suit itself was disposed by the Judgment and Decree dated 08.12.2020.

3. Therefore, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition for

further adjudication. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed
