                               These writ appeals are directed against the orders dated

                     23.04.2008 and 30.07.2008 passed in W.P.Nos.9943 of 2008 and

                     18215 of 2008 respectively.

                               2.The issue involved is similar in both the appeals. It is the right

                     of the appellants to insist for a completion certificate before giving

                     drainage and water connection.



                               3.In W.A.No.2727 of 2018, the impugned order was passed by

                     the learned single Judge more than a decade ago - 23.04.2008 and

                     the appellants are yet to serve the respondents. In W.A.No.2764 of

                     2018, it appears that the order of the learned single Judge has been

                     given effect to.



                               4.In such view of the matter, both the writ appeals stand closed,

                     leaving the issue open to be decided at the appropriate time. No costs.

                     Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
