(1) Learned counsel for the appellant would submit that subsequent to
the impugned common order, which is the subject matter of challenge
in all these writ appeals, a decision has been taken to implement the
said common order and hence, prays for withdrawal of these writ
appeals. He also undertakes to send an endorsement through E-Mail
to the Registry of this Court to that effect.
(2) In the light of the said submission, the above writ appeals are
dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected
