                of 2018 and allow the writ appeals.

                                   With the consent on either side, these Writ Appeals are taken up

                for final disposal.



                                   2.Heard Mr.T.Lajapathi Roy, learned Counsel appearing for the

                appellants and Mr.K.P.Krishnadass, learned Special Government Pleader

                appearing for the first and second respondents.



                                   3.These appeals are directed against the common order passed

                in W.M.P.(MD)Nos.13102 & 13104 of 2018 in W.P.(MD)Nos.14513 &

                14514 of 2018 dated 06.07.2018.

                                   4.The order impugned in these appeals is an interim order

                wherein the Hon'ble Court, directed that any appointment made will be

                subject to the outcome of the writ petitions.



                                   5.Learned Counsel appearing for the appellants submitted that

                the recruitment process has been completed and all issues raised by the

                appellants may be permitted to be raised by them in the pending writ

                petitions.



                                   6.In the light of the above, these Writ Appeals are closed,

                leaving it open to the appellants to raise all issues in the pending Writ

                Petitions namely, W.P.(MD)Nos.14513 & 14514 of 2018. However, there

                shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous

                petitions are closed.
