Court of Small Causes, Chennai, confirming the lower Court order the

Judgment and Decree dated 03.10.2012 in R.C.O.P.Nos.1890, 1897 of 2008

on the file of XIII Small Causes Court, Chennai respectively.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer

sought for in these petitions have become infructuous.

3. Therefore, nothing survives in these Civil Revision Petitions for
