                                               JUDGMENT

It is mentioned on behalf of the 2nd respondent/Insurance Company

that the award passed by the Tribunal was set exparte and therefore the

application has been filed by the 2nd respondent/Insurance Company to

set aside the impugned Judgment and decree dated 04.10.2018 is pending

before the Tribunal. Under these circumstances, this Court is of the view,

since the application has been filed before the Tribunal to set aside the

impugned Judgment and decree, I direct the Tribunal to dispose of the

same by latest by 30th of June 2021. Both the appellants and the

respondents are co-operate with the Tribunal.

2. This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is closed with the above

direction. No costs.
