                                                   JUDGMENT

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel

for the appellants would submit that the first appellant is no more and

hence, this Criminal Appeal may be dismissed as abated in respect of the

first appellant. He would further submit that the appellants 2 and 3 have

already remitted the fine amount imposed on them and acquitted from the

charges and hence, he is not pressing this Criminal Appeal in respect the

appellants 2 and 3 and the same may be dismissed as not pressed.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel

for the appellants, the Criminal Appeal is dismissed as abated insofar as

the first appellant is concerned and dismissed as not pressed insofar as

the appellants 2 and 3 are concerned.
