                                     Shri Sudarshan Joshi learned counsel for the respondent/state.

Learned counsel for the petitioner relied on the judgment passed by this court in the case of Dipesh Bhabor and Ors Vs. State of MP and Ors passed in WP No.30934/2025 decided on 21.08.2025.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the aforesaid judgment would

not apply in the present case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in an identical matter WP No.41202/2025, the notices have been issued and the petitioner has been permitted to fill up the form.

Considering the same, issue notice to the respondents by registered mode with due acknowledgement on payment of PF within a week; returnable within four weeks, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed without reference to this Court.

As an interim measure, it is directed that the petitioner shall be allowed to fill up the form in pursuant to the said advertisement. The result of the petitioner shall not be declared without leave of the Court.

List the matter alongwith WP NO.41202/2025.
