Shri Satya Prakash Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Shri Sunil Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondent.

As the applicant is not in custody and has preferred the criminal revision assailing the judgment of conviction delivered by the trial court and upheld by the appellate court. The office has raised objection regarding the

maintainability of the present criminal revision. As per the provisions of Rule 48 Chapter 10 of the M.P. High Court Rules, 2008, the criminal revision is not maintainable.

Learned counsel for the applicant prays for time to argue on the issue of maintainability.

In the interest of justice, prayer is allowed. List in the next week.
