Per: Justice Vivek Agarwal The applicants have filed the present criminal revision being aggrieved by the order dated 07.10.2021 in S.T.No. 30/2020 by the 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Narsinghpur, District Narsinghpur.

During pendency of this revision, the main S.T.No.30/2020 has been finally decided by judgment dated 29.10.2021, whereby the applicants have been acquitted. Hence, nothing remains in the matter to be decided and the

same has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this criminal revision is disposed of as infructuous.
