This revision seems to be arguable, hence admitted for hearing. Record has been perused.

Also heard on IA No.17981/2025, an application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail to the applicant.

The applicant was convicted under Section 379 of IPC and sentenced to undergo RI for one year vide judgment dated 21.05.2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Narsinghpur, District Narsinghpur (M.P.) in Criminal Case RCT No.2497/2018 and affirmed by Second Additional Sessions Judge, Narsinghpur, District Narsinghpur (M.P.) vide judgment dated 22.07.2025 in Criminal Appeal No.97/2025.

Considering the quantum of imprisonment imposed by the learned trial

Court and affirmed by the learned appellate Court and the fact that the applicant has no criminal antecedents and final hearing of this revision will take time, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, I deem it proper to suspend the remaining jail sentence of the applicant.

Hence, IA No.17981/2025 is allowed and execution of remaining jail sentence of the applicant is hereby suspended. It is directed that the applicant

2 CRR-3559-2025 be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court with a further direction to appear before the Registry of this Court on 28.11.2025 and also on such other dates, as may be fixed by the Registry in this regard during the pendency of this revision.
