I t is submitted that in compliance of order dated 13.01.2015, 50% amo unt award has been deposited but due to official complication and

calculation, there was delay in depositing the amount, therefore, the delay be condoned and operation of impugned judgment and decree passed by Reference Court be further stayed.

Counsel for the respondent/State opposes the aforesaid prayer. Considering the aforesaid submission, the order dated 13.01.2015 passed by this Court is made absolute till the final disposal of this First Appeal.

I.A. No.3826/2023 is disposed of.
