                                 This petition coming on for admission this day, Justice Vivek Agarwal
                           passed the following:
                                                             ORDER

Petitioner's prayer is that he has made a representation Annexure P-3 to the CALA, MPRDCL. He prays that said representation be directed to be decided taking into consideration judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in Union of India and another vs. Tarsem Singh and others, (2019) 9 SCC 304 and in case of Sunita Mehra and another vs. Union of India and others, 2019 (17) SCC

His prayer is not opposed by Shri A.D. Bajpai, Government Advocate. In view of above, this writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2- The Competent Authority Land Acquisition (CALA)/Sub Divisional Officer Tyonthar, District Rewa, MP that in case petitioner files a fresh representation along with certified copy of this order within 15 days from today then, the respondent No.4 shall consider and decide the said representation within a further period of 60 days, in accordance with law through a speaking order under communication to the petitioner.

In above terms, this writ petition is disposed of.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
