Hence, in view of above, IA filed by the appellant is allowed.

It is directed that effect and operation of impugned judgement and decree shall remain stayed till disposal of present appeal. Subject to the condition that appellant shall furnish appropriate surety and undertaking to the satisfaction of trial Court to the effect that in case appellants does not succeed in appeal, then appellant shall comply impugned judgment and decree within one month from the date of judgment in this appeal.

IA No.7312/2019 is disposed of accordingly. List for final hearing in due course.
