                               This application coming on for orders this day, th e court passed the
                         following:
                                                               ORDER

Counsel appearing for the respondent in the first round has apprised this

court regarding a judgment passed in R.T. No.4932 of 2013.

Counsel for the petitioner in the first round prays for a pass over of the matter to enable him to ascertain the aforesaid facts. In the pass over round, counsel for the petitioner is not available.

Counsel appearing for the respondent has brought to the notice of this court that Cr.A.No.199 of 2021 pending before the XI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bhopal has been disposed off in the lok adalat on 09.12.2023.

He further submits that nothing survives for consideration in the present

petition.

In view of the fact that petitioner's counsel is not appearing in the second round despite apprised in the first round regarding disposal of R.T. No.4932 of 2013. It appears that he deliberately not appearing, nothing survives for consideration in this matter.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off. Pending interlocutory application stands disposed off.
