Both the parties have filed joint compromise petition I.A no 2154/2024. Both the parties are directed to appear before the Principal Registrar of this Court for verification of factum of compromise on 26/02/2024
Principal Registrar of this Court is directed to verify the factum of compromise and submit a report in that regarding before this Court till the next date of hearing.
Also heard on I.A no 5570/2023, which is an application for dispensing with filing of certified copy of the impugned judgment.
Original record has been received, therefore, the IA is allowed and the appellant is exempted from filing of impugned judgment.
Also heard on IA no.. 2694/2024, which is an application for stay. Counsel for the respondent has no objection as the matter has amicably
settled between both the parties.
In view of the compromise petition, the IA is allowed and it is directed that till further order, no coercive action shall be taken against the appellant.
List the matter along with verification report.
