During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the NIA placed reliance on a Full Bench Judgment of Gauhati High Court passed in Crl.A. No. 121/2020 decided on 30.09.2022 and urged that in the light of this judgment, the

present appeals are not maintainable.

A copy of said judgment is supplied to Shri Mohammad Ali, learned counsel for the appellant in Cr.A. No. 15393/2023. Ther rRemaining counsel may obtain the copy from Shri Mohd. Ali.
