Learned counsel for State has brought to the notice of this Court an order of Apex Court passed on 02.02.2024 in Miscellaneous Application Diary No.49800/2023 (Devesh Sharma Vs. Union of India & Ors.) wherein the final order in respect of Miscellaneous Application Diary No.4303 of 2024 was passed which is as under :

"The application registered as I.A. No. 23533 of 2024 in M.A. (D) No.4303 of 2024 has been filed by the State of Madhya Pradesh seeking certain clarification in relation to a

judgment of this Court delivered by this Court by a Bench comprising one of us (Aniruddha Bose, J.) and Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sudhanshu Dhulia.

We are of the view that this application ought to be heard by the same Bench which had delivered the judgment."

It is informed by learned counsel for State that the said case before the Apex Court is coming up in all probabilities on 19.02.2024.

Accordingly, let the case be taken up in the week commencing 26.02.2024 for the same purpose.
